This module looks at the important elements of food hygiene, including how to handle and store food correctly and also how to prepare surfaces to reduce the risk of contamination. Legislation such as Food Temperature Regulations and the Food Safety Act are discussed, including how to put the requirements into practice. This module is CPD accredited.
