  • About this course

    This module is aimed at new care workers and is normally offered as part of the Care Certificate, although it may be completed as a standalone. It supports new care workers to understand their job role, rights, duties and responsibilities. It includes the differences between personal and professional relationships, and being able to work in partnership with other people- including colleagues, service users, seniors and other care staff. This module is CPD accredited.
